- Unlike many of our competitors every Alloy Wheel is removed from the vehicle, the tyre is then deflated and the valve removed.
- The Alloy wheel and tyre then go onto a bead breaker, which pushes the tyre away from the rim. The Alloy wheel is then inspected and chemically cleaned.
- If necessary a state of the art machine is used to remove any damage to the outer edge of the Alloy wheel, and the rim polished to a chrome like finish.
- Damage to the face of the Alloy wheel is sanded and filled using a specialist resin. Then the entire face is prepared to take two coats of high build primer, 3 coats of colour matched silver and finally 3 coats of lacquer.
- The whole process is finished by placing the Alloy wheel under a high intensity ultra violet lamp, which bakes the coatings onto the wheel ensuring a tough and durable finish. A new valve is fitted, the tyre re-inflated and the Alloy wheel fitted back onto the vehicle
